2. Our Services

We provide pocket watch buying services including:

• Free valuations based on photographs and details you provide
• Purchase of pocket watches at agreed prices
• Seller arranges shipping at their expense
• Payment processing services

3. Valuation Process

Our valuations are estimates based on the information and photographs you provide. Final offers may differ from initial valuations following physical inspection of your item.

All quotes are valid for 48 hours from the date issued and are subject to verification upon receipt of your item. We require receipt of items within 5 working days to honor confirmed offers.

4. Shipping & Insurance

Customers are responsible for shipping their pocket watches to us. We strongly recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery for full insurance and tracking. Items should be insured for their full value. You must package items securely following our guidelines.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is made within 24 hours of item receipt and verification via bank transfer to your nominated UK bank account. We do not pay in cash or cryptocurrency.

6. Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your agreement with us at any point before shipping your item. Once we receive your item, you have 14 days to request its return (subject to verification completion).

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the agreed purchase price of your item. We are not liable for sentimental value or any indirect losses.
